• Hong Kong delivery: Standard shipping is US$8, or free on orders over US$54. For nearby Kwun Tong-area orders, pickup is often the fastest option.
• Our Shenzhen Warehouse is a fulfilment site only and is not open for pickup.

Every ModuLab watch comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the watch movement, hands, dial, and structural case.

It does not cover normal wear and tear, intentional damage, scratches, or battery depletion over time.

This is the beauty of modularity! Traditional watches require complex servicing if a part breaks.

With ModuLab, if an external case component or strap sustains damage, you do not need to replace the entire watch. You can simply order the specific replacement module from our site and swap it out yourself in seconds.

We offer a 14-day return window for unused products.

To be eligible for a refund, your watch, strap, or educational kit must be completely unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product arrived defective.

Cancellation fees depend on timing: a 10% service fee applies if you cancel within 2 hours (before dispatch), and a 20% service fee applies for cancellations after your order has shipped.
