Shipping policy

Every ModuLab watch is packed and dispatched from our own logistics hub in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, China. We ship worldwide, and we also offer free in-store pickup in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. This page explains exactly what shipping costs, how long it takes, and how pickup works — so there are no surprises at checkout. All prices are shown in USD.
🏪 Free In-Store Pickup (Hong Kong)
Skip shipping fees entirely. Choose Pickup at checkout and collect your order free of charge from our Hong Kong Store:
- Hong Kong Store: Flat/Rm 1108A, 11/F, Fook Cheong Building, 63 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon.
- Ready in: usually within 1–2 business days. We will email you when your order is ready to collect.
Please note that our Shenzhen Warehouse is a fulfilment site only and is not open for pickup.
Local Delivery (Hong Kong)
If you are in Hong Kong and prefer delivery, standard shipping applies at checkout: US$8, or free on orders over US$54. For nearby Kwun Tong–area orders, free in-store pickup is often the fastest option if you would rather skip delivery altogether.

Rates are applied automatically at checkout based on your destination, and you will always see the exact cost before you pay.
Asia-Pacific, Middle East & Selected Markets
Includes Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Japan, Macao, Taiwan, South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Spain, UAE, Bahrain, and Kuwait.
- Standard: US$8.
- Free shipping: on orders over US$54.
United States & United Kingdom
- Standard: US$8 (free on orders over US$54).
- Express: US$12, for faster, priority delivery.
Europe, Latin America & Rest of World
Includes most of Europe (UK, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and more), plus Vietnam, the Philippines, Turkey, Mexico, South Africa, and much of Latin America.
- Standard: US$12.
- Free shipping: on orders over US$100.

Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days. Estimated transit times from dispatch:
- Hong Kong: 2 to 3 business days.
- International Standard: 5 to 14 business days, depending on customs processing in your country.
- International Express (US/UK): 3 to 5 business days.
Delivery windows are estimates measured from dispatch, not order date. Customs clearance, peak seasons, and local courier conditions can occasionally extend them.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is automatically emailed to you the moment your package leaves our facility. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder, then contact us at cs@mdlwatch.com.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Prices at checkout do not include any destination import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient. If you are unsure whether duties apply to your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, a refused delivery, or unpaid customs charges, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment; additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us at cs@mdlwatch.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Keep all original packaging and, where possible, send photographs so we can resolve the issue quickly with the carrier.
