Prefer to collect in person? Choose Pickup at checkout and grab your order free of charge from our Hong Kong Store:

• Ready in: usually within 1–2 business days. We will email you when your order is ready to collect.

Our Shenzhen Warehouse is a fulfilment site only and is not open for pickup.

If you are in Hong Kong and prefer delivery, standard shipping applies at checkout: US$8, or free on orders over US$54. For nearby Kwun Tong-area orders, in-store pickup is often the fastest option if you would rather skip delivery altogether.

Orders are processed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days. Estimated transit times from dispatch:

• Hong Kong: 2 to 3 business days.
• International Standard: 5 to 14 business days, depending on customs processing.
• International Express (US/UK): 3 to 5 business days.

A tracking number is automatically emailed to you the moment your package leaves our facility. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder, then contact us at cs@mdlwatch.com.

Prices at checkout do not include destination import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient. If you are unsure whether duties apply to your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot reroute a parcel once dispatched. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unpaid customs charges, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional fees may apply). If your order arrives damaged or is missing, contact us at cs@mdlwatch.com within 7 days of the delivery date, keeping all original packaging and photographs.
